Cuvée Soprano red 2020

Like a singer, whose voice combines power and femininity, this Soprano cuvée presents a shimmering color, an intense bouquet, a silky and full mouthfeel, a substance that increases in power. Tasting it will allow you to feel all the lyricism and emotion of a great Opera.

A blend of Syrah and Grenache Noir combined with the original and elegant touch of Pinot Noir, the Soprano vintage seduces with its cherry nose, its notes of undergrowth and spices and its smoky touch. The palate is supple and fleshy.

• Grape varieties: 45% Grenache noir, 40% Syrah, 15% Pinot noir
• Winemaking process: Picked and sorted with a machine. Maceration during 18 days. Natural yeasts only. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tank with a regular pumping over with air for a good extraction of color, aromas and tannins. Then ageing in French oak barrels of 500 liters during 1 year.
