Cuvée Soprano white 2022

Like a singer, whose voice combines power and femininity, this Soprano cuvée presents a shimmering color, an intense bouquet, a silky and full mouthfeel, a substance that increases in power. Tasting it will allow you to feel all the lyricism and emotion of a great Opera.

Soprano blanc is a blend of the two grape varieties Roussanne and Grenache blanc. Aging on lees in demi-muids and in ovoid concrete vats gives this cuvée complexity and roundness. The palate is fresh, mineral with aromas of white and yellow fruits as well as notes of dried flowers and quince paste. A white wine for creamed poultry, veal, fish or even a blue cheese. A gourmet white that will enhance your meals.

• Grape varieties: 60% Roussanne, 30% Grenache blanc, 10% Viognier
• Wine making process: Picked and sorted with a machine. 56% of the production are fermented in oak barrels of 500 liters with an ageing on the lees during 6 months. The rest of the production (44%) is fermented in a vertical ovoid tank which takes advantage of the micro-oxygenation that is made possible by the clay-cement material. In this giant “egg”, the lees are continuously forced upward by an internal current resembling a vortex and provide structure, complexity and smoothness to wine.
