Cuvée Vibrato white 2023

Opening a bottle of Vibrato brings a Provençal touch to your meals.

Made from the three grape varieties Roussanne, Grenache blanc and Rolle, this white wine is the perfect ally for your aperitifs. It offers an expressive nose dominated by citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon). The palate is fruity and balanced with fat and salinity. It matches perfectly with shellfish, fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.

• NEW vintage: 2023
• Grapes varieties: 45% Roussanne, 40% Grenache blanc, 15% Rolle
• Wine making process: Picked and sorted with a machine. Direct pressing. Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vat. Ageing on lees during 2 months. Only Viognier varietal was aged in oak barrel.
• Ageing capacity: 1-2 years
• Food & wine pairing: Aperitif, sea foods, small fried fish, pikeperch filet, mussels with saffron cream, chicken breast, goat cheese.
